Hair Now is a UK-based hair brand offering 100% natural, raw hair bundles and extensions. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Hair Now. References to "you" or "your" refer to the customer or site visitor.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're legally able to enter into a binding contract.

- All hair is 100% natural and raw. We do our best to describe products accurately, but slight natural variation in colour, texture, and thickness is normal and not a defect.
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual items may vary slightly.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout via the payment methods provided on our site.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Shipping timeframes, rates, and carrier information are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Hair Now is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (Royal Mail) or customs processing for international orders.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our full return policy is outlined on our Returns & Refunds page. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair extensions, returns are only accepted on unopened, unworn, unwashed items within the stated return window, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

All content on this site — including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and branding — is the property of Hair Now and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
8. User Conduct
