Processing Time
Every order is quality checked before it leaves us. Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be inspected, packed, and shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, so you can follow your package every step of the way from our hands to your door.

Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. All prices are listed in GBP.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking information after 2 working days, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out to us.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country upon arrival — these are not included in your order total and are outside of our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information on charges that may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Hair Now is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Royal Mail. If your package has been lost or arrives damaged, please contact Royal Mail directly to file a claim, as they are best placed to investigate and resolve delivery issues.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and additional charges may apply to reship an order returned to us as undeliverable.
