Returns and Exchange Policy

At Hair Now, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Our Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair extensions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any bundles that have been opened, worn, washed, styled, or altered in any way. This is for the health and safety of all our customers and is non-negotiable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging, with all tags/seals intact
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unstyled
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty item or the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — this is the one exception to our hygiene policy above.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go into our contact page and fill in the form, adding with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation before sending anything back — unauthorised returns may not be accepted
  3. Post your item back to us in its original, unopened packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as Hair Now is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
