Is your hair really 100% natural?
Yes. Every bundle we sell is 100% natural, raw hair. Nothing synthetic, nothing blended.

How long does the hair last?
With proper care (see below), our raw hair bundles are built to last through repeated wash and styling cycles — many customers get months to years of wear depending on how often it's worn and how well it's maintained.

Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Because it's raw, natural hair, it can typically be coloured or lightened — but we always recommend a strand test first and, where possible, having this done by a professional to avoid damage. Can I heat style it?
Yes — since it's 100% natural hair, it responds to heat styling much like your own hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and keeping tools on a moderate setting to prolong its lifespan.
Caring for Your Hair
How do I wash my bundles?
Use a sulphate-free shampoo and lukewarm water, washing gently from roots to ends. Avoid scrubbing or twisting the hair, as this can cause tangling and shedding.

How often should I wash it?
This depends on wear, but generally every 1–2 weeks with normal use, or sooner if styling products have built up.

How should I store it when not in use?
Keep bundles brushed out, tangle-free, and stored flat or loosely braided in a breathable bag away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Can I brush it?
Yes — always use a soft-bristle or loop brush, starting from the ends and working up to avoid pulling or shedding.

How long does shipping take?
- UK: 1–2 working days
- USA & Europe: 2–5 working days
- Rest of the World: 2–7 working days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over £150 - £250 ship free, regardless of destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail Tracked. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.

Will I get tracking?
Yes — every order includes tracking information, sent to you by email once your package has shipped.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Hair Now is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact Royal Mail directly to file a claim, as they handle delivery investigations.
Returns
Can I return my hair if I change my mind?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair extensions, we cannot accept returns on any bundles that have been opened, worn, washed, or styled. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives faulty or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I return sale items?
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or refund.
